Melanie has an uncommon talent for turning psychiatry into a true collaboration — she’s sincerely interested in me as a person, not just my diagnosis. That interest comes through in the perceptive questions she poses and the small details she remembers; she’s compassionate, patient, and builds an environment where I can be candid, imperfect, and even toss out a terrible joke.

She pays close attention, never hurries me, and makes the effort to see the whole story before recommending realistic, personalized approaches that actually work. When I had lost faith in myself, Melanie’s unwavering belief kept going, and that steady support made it possible to try again and notice real change.

I cannot recommend Dr. Orben enough! She is not only caring and compassionate, but shows an amazing amount of empathy. I have been seeing her for a little over a year I believe and have seen drastic improvements in my life.

Also, the receptionists are extremely understanding and helpful. They are always happy and willing to go the extra mile to assist with any issues or questions about prescriptions and any issues I ran into were resolved same day.

I recently had the pleasure of seeing Melanie Orben. She really took the time to get to know and understand me as a person. With Melanie you’re not just a number, you actually matter. I also can’t say enough about the front office staff. They answer every time and call you back when they say they will. It’s not often you find a medical office so well run such as this one. I really appreciate that.

I absolutely love Melanie. She’s been with me for quite some time ,when my wife became ill three years ago she helped guide me through a lot of the pain I was in.she’s very caring, compassionate knowledgeable along with being very pretty! she is absolutely not like your typical Psychiatrist, she is as real as they come, and deeply cares for all of her patients!
